Applications are open until Monday, March 20th, for the advanced training course "La tutela integrata dei diritti fondamentali nello spazio giuridico europeo". The initiative, for which Giuseppe Martinico, professor of Comparative Public Law at the DIRPOLIS Institute (Law, Politics, Development), and Giacomo Delledonne, researcher at the DIRPOLIS Institute (Law, Politics, Development), are scientific coordinators, aims to offer an in-depth and updated analysis of national, supranational and international legislation on the protection of fundamental rights, as well as relevant case law. In addition, the advanced training course is part of the STALS (Sant'Anna Legal Studies) project activity of the DIRPOLIS (Law, Politics, Development) Institute.

Lessons are scheduled to begin on April 4, 2023, with classroom training, until the 17th of the same month, aimed at fostering greater knowledge of the law on fundamental rights; providing reliable interpretive tools for a systemic understanding of the same, with the presentation and discussion of cases. Several talks by national and international academics are scheduled.
